By accessing or using The Wagon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. The Wagon is provided by The Wagon LLC.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter into the platform.
3. Permitted Use
The Wagon is provided as a recovery engagement platform for Treatment Court participants, administrators, and authorized staff. You may use the platform to track recovery progress, manage community information, communicate with your Treatment Court program, and access recovery support tools.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use The Wagon to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, or use the platform for any purpose other than its intended recovery engagement and court administration functions.
5. Treatment Court Participation
The Wagon is a support tool and does not replace any requirements, obligations, or decisions of your Treatment Court program. Participation in The Wagon does not constitute legal advice, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. You remain responsible for your own appointments, obligations, and decisions.
6. Privacy
Your use of The Wagon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Participant journals are private and are not accessible to administrators or court staff.
7. Intellectual Property
The Wagon, including its design, branding, content, and software, is the property of The Wagon LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without express written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Wagon is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. The Wagon is a support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or therapeutic services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wagon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
10. Account Termination
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by a Treatment Court program or legal authority.
